G303 Carpet Thickness Tester Operation

 

　　Applicable standards:

 

　　QB/T 1089-2001 Test Method for Thickness of Mechanized Carpets,GB/T 3820-1997,FZ/T 60004-1991,ISO 5084-1996,ISO 9863-1990

 

　　Operation:

 

　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

 

　　2.Install the digital display meter on the instrument and tighten it in place;

 

　　3.Reset the data of the digital display meter to zero;

 

　　4.Install the presser foot on the instrument platform and tighten it in place;

 

　　5.Load the pressurized weight onto the instrument connecting rod;

 

　　6.Place the test sample under the pressure foot of the instrument;

 

　　7.Place a horseshoe shaped pressure block on top of the specimen;

 

　　8.Let it stand for a period of time,and the digital meter will display the thickness of the sample;

 

　　9.At the end of the experiment,remove the sample and weights;

 

　　10.The pressure foot and pressure weight can be changed according to the different measured objects,and the range and accuracy of the digital display meter of the equipment can be selected.
