　　G304 Yarn Loop Length Tester is used to measure the loop length of various types of yarn and knitted velvet coils,in order to verify whether the winding loop length of different thread densities(counts)meets the standards.

　　Operation:
 
　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
 
　　2.Place the prepared test samples on the instrument hanging rod;
 
　　3.Rotate the roller to fix the position on the vertical axis;
 
　　4.Hang a designated heavy hammer to slowly lower the lower plate;
 
　　5.After being in a stationary state,record the reading on the scale within half a minute;
 
　　6.Use the formula for calculating the length of the yarn loop to obtain the value of the roller center distance;
 
　　7.Remove the weights and sample,and end the test.
