G308 Double Pendulum Tear Strength Tester Operation

G308 Double Pendulum Tear Strength Tester uses the Elmendorf method to measure the tear strength of various fabrics and evaluate their tear resistance performance.

Operation:
Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD screen operation interface;
3.Select the appropriate test range according to the testing requirements;
4.Place the corresponding weights on the instrument bearings;
5.The system automatically calibrates the weight of the weights;
6.Press the buttons on both sides of the bottom of the instrument simultaneously;
7.Rotate the double pendulum;
8.After calibration is completed,enter the testing interface and click on"Test";
9.Cut the sample according to the sampling template and install it in the fixture;
10.Cut a tongue shaped small opening on the sample;
11.Simultaneously press the buttons on both sides of the bottom of the instrument;
12.The specimen is torn under a specific impact force;
13.The data results are displayed on the display screen,and can be viewed after saving;
14.Remove the sample;
15.After the experiment is completed,turn off the instrument;
16.After the experiment,analyze the force required for the specimen to expand a certain length under the specified load and crack,in order to evaluate the material's tear resistance performance.
