<p>Vacuum drying oven operation process</p><p>(Data from Beijing North Lihui Technology Department)</p><p>1. First, connect the external power supply of the equipment</ p>
2. Open the box door, place the sample inside the box, and then close the box door</ p>
3. Turn the vacuum pump switch to the 1 position, and the vacuum pump will start vacuuming. When the required pressure is reached, turn off the vacuum pump</ p>
4. Turn the power switch to the 1 position and start the temperature gauge</ p><p>
5. The introduction and setting of the control panel and temperature instrument are as follows:</p><p>
First, press the SET key,PV will display SP, and then use the addition, subtraction, and shift keys to modify the temperature to be set.</p>.
After setting, press the SET key, the PV display will change to ST, and then use the addition, subtraction, and shift keys to modify the desired test time, which is measured in minutes. After setting, press the SET key to return to the main interface, and the device will start heating</ p>
6. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power switch, rotate the air release port, and the pressure inside the box will slowly return to the normal pressure state. Then open the box door and take out the sample (wear protective gloves, be careful not to burn your hands). Let the box door open for a while, let the temperature inside the box drop, and then close the box door</ p> <p></p>

1. When conducting experiments, it is necessary to first vacuum and then heat.</p>.
Because the sample is placed in a vacuum box to extract the gas components that can be extracted from the workpiece material. If the workpiece is heated first, the gas will expand when it encounters heat. Due to the excellent sealing of the vacuum box, the enormous pressure generated by the expanding gas may cause the tempered glass of the observation window to burst, which is a potential danger. By following the procedure of vacuuming first and then heating up, this danger can be avoided</ p>
2. If the program of heating first and then vacuuming is followed, when the heated air is pumped out by the vacuum pump, the heat will inevitably be carried to the vacuum pump, resulting in a high temperature rise of the vacuum pump, which may lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the vacuum pump</ p>
3. The heated gas is directed to the vacuum pressure gauge, which will generate a temperature rise. If the temperature rise exceeds the specified operating temperature range of the vacuum pressure gauge, it may cause a reading error in the vacuum pressure gauge</ p>
4. The correct method of use is to first vacuum and then heat up. After reaching the rated temperature, if it is found that the vacuum degree has decreased, it should be added appropriately. This is beneficial for extending the service life of the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to vacuum for a long time after heating, as high-temperature gases can cause damage to the vacuum pump</ p> <p></p><p></p>
