Test details:

Test principle:
 
1. The air is first sent into the vertical dust generating duct to generate a dirty air flow full of dust. The dust is dispersed with the compressed air in the dust generator, and the concentration is formed evenly distributed throughout the vertical pipeline and flows downwards. Part of the horizontal pipeline passes through the tested filter material with the inhalation airflow, so that it is exposed to a constant airflow and dust concentration. To simulate the operation of cleanable filter media.
2. The dust forms a powder cake, which leads to an increase in pressure drop. The differential pressure sensor detects the change in pressure drop before and after the tested filter material in real time. Once the pressure drop reaches the preset value, the system releases a pulse of clean compressed air towards the powder cake generated on the dirty side, and does not affect the air flow to perform back-blowing and cleaning (on-line cleaning).
3. The tested filter material filters the dust again, and so on. The cleaning pulse must be time-accurate and highly repeatable, so that the pressure surface of each pass through the filter material is evenly balanced.
4. The removed powder and remaining dust fall down with the vertical airflow to the dust collector at the bottom of the dirty air pipe. Equipped with a dirty gas filter, so that the dust will not redisperse upstream of the dirty gas of the tested filter material, resulting in an unclear dust concentration, which makes the measurement invalid (especially the important parameter: the residual pressure drop value); this design achieves error-free The long-term operation of the instrument does not require frequent and comprehensive interruption of measurement due to cleaning up dust deposits.
