Standard Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of Mask Synthetic Blood Penetration Tester. It has been engaged in testing equipment for 20 years. Recently, it has increased the production of masks and protective clothing according to market demand. Welcome to inquire!

The main purpose:

The synthetic blood penetration tester for masks is used to measure the anti-splatter penetration performance of protective masks such as medical masks, disposable masks, etc., and to evaluate the resistance of the masks to penetration of synthetic blood.

Applicable standards:

GB/T 19083-2010 Technical requirements for medical protective masks 5.6 Synthetic blood penetration barrier performance

YY/T 0469-2011 Medical surgical mask 5.5 Synthetic blood penetration test

YY/T 0691-2008 "Test Method for the Penetration Resistance of Synthetic Blood of Protective Equipment for Infectious Pathogens, Medical Masks"
Medical Face Mask Synthetic Blood Penetration Resistance Tester

The main parameters:

1. Spraying distance: 300mm~305mm adjustable;

2. Nozzle diameter: 0.84mm;

3. Jet speed: 450cm/s, 550cm/s, 635cm/s;

4. Spray pressure: 10.6 kPa (80 mmHg), 16 kPa (120 mmHg), 21.3 kPa (160 mmHg).

Testing process:

Fix the sample on the sample holder of the instrument, and spray 2ml of synthetic blood with a surface tension of 0.042±0002n/m at a pressure of 16kpa from a needle tube with an inner diameter of 0.84mm to the target of the sample to be tested at a distance of 30.5cm from the center of the sample. Area, remove it for visual inspection within 10s.

experiment procedure:

1. Pull the handle of the sample holder at the top left of the instrument, and pull down the sample holder to the left. Fix the sample (the standard requires the sample to be tested within 60s after being taken out of the pretreatment chamber) on the sample holder. If the mask has wrinkles, unfold the wrinkles and fix it on the sample holder to ensure that the target area is a single layer of material. Take the center of the sample as the test target area. Close the sample holder.

2. Press the "Start" button. At this time, a certain amount of synthetic blood (surface tension ﹙0.042±0.002﹚N/m) is sprayed horizontally to the tested mask behind the positioning target, the spraying starts, and the time relay starts timing. After the set spray time, the instrument automatically stops spraying.

3. After 10s, the buzzer will sound. Press the "Stop" button to open the sample holder. Under proper light conditions, check whether there is synthetic blood on the observation surface of the sample.

4. The end of a test. If you need to continue the test, repeat steps 1-3 until all the tests are done.

5. After all the tests are over, remove the synthetic blood residue in the test solution tank, replace it with distilled water, and clean the entire pipeline. After the nozzle sprays clear water, continue to drain all the clear water in the test solution tank. Close the outlet valve on the air compressor and turn off the power switch. Wash the residual liquid tray, clean the work surface, and remove the distilled water in the test liquid tank.
