The UV Accelerated Weathering Tester uses a fluorescent UV lamp as the light source to conduct accelerated weathering tests on materials by simulating UV radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to obtain the results of material weatherability.

UV Accelerated Weathering Tester standard configuration:
1. A total of 8 UV lamps are installed on both sides of the studio
2. Number of sample holder fixtures: 20 pieces
3. Sample holder fixture size: 404×105(mm)
4. The heating method is the inner tank water tank heating, the temperature rises quickly, and the temperature distribution is uniform.
5. The drainage system uses the vortex type and U-shaped sedimentation device for drainage
6. The distance between the surface of the sample and the plane of the UV lamp is 50 mm and parallel
7. The actual studio is composed of test samples and brackets to form the inner wall of the box, trapezoidal shape
8. The water level of the inner tank is automatically replenished
9. The box cover is a two-way flip type, easy to open and close
10. The bottom of the UV Accelerated Weathering Tester adopts high-quality fixable PU movable wheels.
 
UV Accelerated Weathering Tester can simulate environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness and other environmental conditions in natural climates. By reproducing these conditions, merge them into a cycle and let it automatically execute the number of cycles.
