ZwickiLine Materials testing machines are suitable for tensile tests of rubber, plastics, textiles, waterproof materials, wires and cables, net ropes, metal wires, metal rods, metal plates and other materials. With the addition of accessories, compression, bending and ring stiffness tests can be performed.

Main use: It is suitable for tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other tests of metal materials and components, and can also be used for the detection of similar tests of non-metallic materials such as plastics, concrete, and cement.

Performance characteristics: This machine adopts hydraulic afterburner, lower oil cylinder, liquid crystal display force measurement, separate design of main body and dynamometer, which has the characteristics of convenient operation, stable and reliable work, high test accuracy and stable loading. The appearance of the whole machine is simple and the test space can be adjusted. The measurement adopts high-precision sensors, and the detection results are displayed in digital curves, which can be directly stored, data processed, printed out the results and curves, and have functions such as networking. It can meet the technical parameter requirements of GB/T228-2002, GB/T5224-1995, GB/T232-1999 national standards.
ZwickiLine Materials testing machines
The verification method of ZwickiLine Materials testing machines, according to the force value of the tested range of the testing machine, clamp the standard tensile force sample with the corresponding force value on the testing machine, and let the testing machine test the standard tensile force at the speed specified in the GB/T228-2002 standard. When the standard tensile sample is stretched, install an extensometer or attach a strain gauge on it, let the tensile testing machine continue to stretch the standard tensile sample, and the extensometer or strain gauge will test the standard tensile force. The elongation of the sample is displayed. This method uses Hooke's law to convert the elongation of the standard tensile sample into a force value and compare it with the force value of the testing machine dial to determine the accuracy of the testing machine. This method greatly simplifies the verification operation process, and brings great convenience and standardization to the daily verification of the original tensile state of the testing machine.
