When the selected temperature is too low, the test time will be too long, which will be uneconomical in terms of power consumption. When the selected temperature is too high, Although it will accelerate the aging speed and shorten the test time, the test results are not necessarily reliable. The general selection principle of test temperature is: the lower limit of temperature is about 20~40℃, and the upper limit of temperature is 20~40℃. The research shows that not only the choice of temperature point has a significant impact on the test results, but also the effect of reducing the low temperature point of the test is greater than that of reducing the high temperature point of the test. Therefore, as to which temperature range should be selected for rubber and which temperature points should be selected for the aging test, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the high-temperature air aging test chamber, and a higher aging temperature cannot be selected, so as not to affect the accuracy of the test results.
