TPP Thermal Protective Performance Tester

The TPP Thermal Protection Performance Tester is used to determine the heat transfer of protective clothing or textiles exposed to flame and radiant heat sources. A tester that can provide a Thermal Protection Index (TPI) calculated by software is the recommended tool for evaluating the potential for secondary combustion of materials to stop convective and radiant heat penetration. The analysis software can display a real-time temperature profile and automatically detect a heating time profile to display a Stoll curve to rate the thermal protection performance of the textile under test.
