European Standard Rotatory Drum Dryer Application Fields: European standard rotatory drum dryer is recommended as European standard indoor drum dryer by many fabric processing manufacturers, used together with the European standard shrinkage washing machine. It is used to measure the shrinkage or elongation of textiles.

Use methods and precautions:
Clarify the clothing before using the machine. Select the drying time and procedure in accordance with the dryer type and the applicable standards. Enter the cooling state for ten minutes before drying finished. Clean the filter after drying.
1. Do not exceed the maximum load (the maximum load capacity of synthetic fiber is 3kg and the maximum load capacity of natural fiber is 5kg).
2. Clean or replace the filter after use.
3. Do not use abrasion material, wire ball or stainless steel cleaning material when cleaning the drum.
4. Don't use organic solvents.
 
Common problems and solutions:
1. Startup failure
- Check if the power connection is correct.
- Whether the fuse is normal.
- Whether the timer setting is normal.
- Whether the start button is pressed. Ensure that the door is closed before the start button is pressed.
2. The drying time is too long.
- Filter not cleaned.
- Temperature setting is not suitable for the fabrics to be dried.
- The correct procedure is not selected.
- Ventilating duct clogged.
- Overload.
