Taber Abrasion Tester is applicable to the abrasion test of leather, cloth, paint, paper, floor tile, plywood, glass, plastic floor, natural rubber and other materials. It is a test equipment independently developed and produced by Standard International Group (HK) Limited.

One of them is marked with "Left Hand This Side Out" and the left hand is marked with "Left Hand This Side Out" and the other is marked with "Left Hand This Side Out". The purpose of this instruction is to ensure that the assembly position of the grinding wheel is consistent with that of the next use when it is unloaded and put into the container after use.

To install any grinding wheel, remove the knurled nut marked with an arrow on the nut from the grinding wheel shaft. The nut on the left side of the grinding head is a left-hand thread nut. Please remove it clockwise. The nut on the right side of the grinding head is a right-hand thread nut. Please remove it counterclockwise.

Clean the possible fine particles in the grinding wheel shaft center and flange to prevent the grinding wheel from shifting. Unscrew the screw, carefully slide the grinding wheel into the shaft center and tighten it properly by hand.

If it is found that the grinding wheel will shake after turning gently with your fingers, please remove it, check and clean the small foreign matters attached to the shaft center and reinstall it. If the elastic grinding wheel shakes slightly after installation, you can press it properly to the positioning guide rail with your fingers.

When rotating the grinding wheel with fingers, it is found that the bearing has radial eccentricity and other abnormal conditions, so it must be re-polished with the 200 type polishing wheel
