What is the inspection basis for Chinese fabrics and textile products?

 

The inspection basis for fabrics and textile products includes:

(1) Intergovernmental agreement and corresponding standards.

(2) Mandatory requirements of national technical specifications.

(3) The laws and regulations of the importing country require it.

(4) If my country's mandatory standards are higher than the inspection and quarantine standards or technical conditions stipulated in the contract, letter of credit or agreement (including the transaction samples determined by both parties to the trade relationship), inspection and quarantine shall be carried out in accordance with Chinese standards.

(5) If the inspection and quarantine standards or technical conditions stipulated in the contract or letter of credit (including the transaction samples determined by both parties to the trade relationship) are higher than those at home and abroad, the contract or letter of credit shall be followed; the inspection and quarantine standards stipulated in the contract or letter of credit or If the technical conditions (including the transaction samples determined by the parties involved in the trade) are lower than the regulations of the importing country, the regulations of the importing country shall be followed; when the product quality is inconsistent in the contract, letter of credit or other technical terms, the terms of the letter of credit shall be followed.

(6) If there is no mandatory requirement of the national technical specification, inspection and quarantine shall be carried out with reference to the relevant standards specified by the state.
