Air permeability tester application industries.

Testing principle.
The pre-treated specimen is placed between the upper and lower test chambers, clamped, firstly the low pressure chamber (lower chamber) is vacuumed, then the whole system is evacuated, when the specified vacuum is reached, the lower chamber is closed and the high pressure chamber (upper chamber) is filled with a certain pressure of test gas, and a constant pressure difference (adjustable) is ensured to be formed on both sides of the specimen, so that the gas will, under the action of the pressure difference gradient, penetrate from the high pressure By monitoring the pressure in the low pressure side, the barrier parameters of the tested sample are obtained.
 
The air permeability tester is used in the following environment.
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat, stable platform (or foundation).
2、No strong magnetic field and no vibration source around the instrument.
3、The indoor atmosphere should be free of corrosive media, no large particles of dust and stable airflow.
4、Environment :Temperature 20±3℃ Humidity RH :≤65%
5、Using power supply Ac220V±10V, 50Hz, good grounding, for external power fluctuation areas, it is recommended to use power regulator (AC220±1% 2kw).
 
Air permeability tester commissioning process.
1, the instrument should be leveled before work, the specific operation is to rotate the adjustable machine foot to make the instrument level.
2、Check whether the sample fixing ring is screwed tightly and whether the airtight ring is tight against the two combined surfaces.
3、Check whether the pressure head can be controlled to be flexible up and down.
4、Check whether the connection between the suction hose and the flow barrel and the suction fan is tight.
5、Check whether the door cover and the door lock on the flow barrel can be covered tightly.
6、Check whether the printer is correctly connected.

8、Check whether the instrument is leaking air: use the non-porous plate instead of the calibration plate for testing, the air permeability screen shows a value of 0 (allowing a jump of 10 Pa or less) for no air leakage, otherwise a part of the instrument leaks air and should be checked and adjusted.
