taber abrasion tester specifications and precautions

The taber abrasion tester is used to test the abrasion resistance of leather, cloth, paint, paper, floor tiles, plywood, glass, natural rubber, etc. The method is to cut the test piece with a standard cutter, use a specified type of abrasive wheel, and apply a certain weight to abrade it, remove the test piece after a specified number of revolutions and observe the condition of the test piece or compare the weight difference before and after the test.

1. Connect the appropriate power supply 220V or 110V according to the label.

2. Set the speed control switch to the lowest level to avoid abnormalities in the machine due to excessive speed.

3. Turn on the power and test the machine first, if there is no abnormality then turn off the power.

4. Press the reset button to reset the counter to zero. Set the number of tests required according to requirements, the counter can be set up to 9999 times.

5. Press the start button, the machine will enter the test state. 6.

6. Adjust the speed regulator to the desired test speed.

7. Turn on the hoover power switch and make it start working. 8.

8. After the test has reached the number of times set by the counter, the machine will automatically stop in standby mode.

9. Turn off the power, remove the test piece and clean the machine.

 

1. The machine must be placed on a stable surface before use.

2. Do not allow the machine to be moved in the process of use;

3. Select the appropriate power supply voltage, do not overdo it to avoid burning the device;

4. In case of abnormalities, please contact us for timely handling;

5. The machine must have good ventilation when working.

6. Please add lubricating oil to the mechanical components of the keying machine in time due to the high operating load. 7;

7. After each test, clean the machine and keep it clean;

8. The control box should be wiped with a dry cloth, not with a wet cloth.
