The 45-degree flammability test is a test method used to evaluate the combustion performance of materials. This test method is commonly used to evaluate the combustion behavior of building materials and other combustible materials. Here are the steps to perform a 45 degree flammability test:

1. Prepare the sample: The sample should be a rectangular bar with a length of 150mm and a width of 25mm. The thickness of the sample should be the same as the actual use.

2. Place the sample: Place the sample on a 45-degree inclined metal plate so that it rests against the bottom of the plate. The lower end of the sample should line up with the lower end of the plate.

3. Ignite the sample: place the flame on the upper end of the sample, near the top of the plate. The flame should be a blue flame with a height of 20mm.

4. Observe the burning situation: observe the burning situation of the sample at an angle of 45 degrees. The sample should be held at a 45° angle while burning until the end of the burn.

5. Record the results: Record the burn time and burn length of the sample. The burning time should be the time from the ignition of the sample to the end of the burning. The burn length should be the length the sample burns.

According to the test results, it is possible to evaluate the combustion performance of the material and determine whether it complies with relevant standards and regulations.
