Test Steps :
1. Place the tension machine on the horizontal table and fix the base.
2, installation pointer push tension meter (screw off, with a cross to bag accessories 4 screw off, will the attached bag four phillips screws through the mounting holes on dynamometer installation plate, screwing in dynamometer 4 M3 threaded hole on the back cover, remove the screw thread hole), installed after pushing tension meter table, use the M4 Allen wrench to install the dynamometer plate installed on the frame. According to the sample characteristics of the required test, install or install it on the platform. Rotate the hand wheel on the side of the test frame, and the dynamometer can move smoothly up and down, completing the test work. ,
3. Install the fixtures required for testing and adjust the position.
4. Adjust the height and position of the bottom fixture continuously, so as to make it fit in the upper stretching fixture.
5. Place the sample on the bottom clamp and fix the button position with the bottom clamp.
6. Adjust the tension meter to make the pointer of the pointer pull down vertically (to zero).
7. Rotate the handwheel slowly until the button on the sample is out of sample.
8. Record the reading of the pointer at this time, return the pointer to zero after completion, repeat the above steps to test several times, and record the measured values.
Daily maintenance:
1. Do not overload. The maximum load capacity of this instrument is 500N.
2. Pay attention to daily maintenance and keep the equipment clean.
3. When the instrument is not flexible during operation, please add a small amount of oil lubrication to the refueling hole on both sides of the machine platform. Please contact the manufacturer or the point of sale if the machine fails.
Summary :
