1. The instrument is a high-precision equipment. During the process of moving and transportation, collisions and violent bumps are strictly prohibited.
 
2. The instrument has been calibrated before leaving the factory, and non-professionals cannot repair the internal components of the instrument.
 
3. The accessories of the instrument (nozzle, nozzle seat and orifice plate, sample setting ring) are directly related to the test accuracy, and it is not allowed to wipe the test directly with a rag. If there is any contamination, blow the dust on the surface with an ear blower.

4. During the test, do not touch the sample, so as not to affect the air permeability of the sample.
 
5. The nozzle diameter should be selected according to the air permeability of the sample. For samples whose air permeability is not clear, it is necessary to conduct several tests to make it more accurately reflect the air permeability of the sample.
 
6. The filter in the air flow cylinder should be cleaned regularly depending on the frequency of use.
 
7. If the instrument has been tested for a long time and the pressure difference value is not stable and the sound of the fan is too loud continuously, stop the machine to check the air tightness of each component or whether the selected test piece is within the range of measurement.
 
8. For samples of different thicknesses, the position of the sample indenter should be adjusted so that the samples can be pressed tightly.
 
9. The instrument test is related to the atmospheric pressure of the air. It is recommended to perform a calibration every working day. The calibration of the instrument should be carried out by specialized personnel.
 
10. There are precision sensing elements in the air flow cylinder, so the action should be gentle when replacing the nozzle and cleaning to avoid accidents.
 
11. The airtightness of each sealing connection directly affects the test accuracy, and care should be taken to prevent contamination, deformation and damage.
 
12. Select the nozzle number: It is recommended to make the dynamic pressure difference fall in the range of 600~3000Pa to obtain more stable test results.
