Operation Method Of Fabric Air Permeability Tester

The air permeability tester of fabric is the main testing tool for testing the breathability test of fabric. It mainly tests the air permeability and comfortable performance of fabric, and guarantees the quality and health of textile clothing.

 Operation Method Of Fabric Air Permeability Tester:
1. Prepare samples and cut them into specified sizes as required.
2. Check the calibration instrument.
3. Open the power switch, conduct the test parameter setting for the control panel interface, and enter the test preparation interface after setting.
4. 7. Repeat the above operation until a set of samples are completed. Under the same conditions, repeat the test at different parts of the same sample at least 5 times.
8. After the test, the test panel can be used to query, and the test results can be searched and viewed in turn, and the test average is displayed. If the air leakage occurs, the air leakage can be measured and the value is removed from the data.
9. Press the test pressure plate to release the clamping device to avoid fatigue. Close the instrument power supply and remove the power plug to cover the instrument.
