All materials and products used in the outdoor environment are constantly exposed to varying weather conditions, the effects of which can be detrimental over time. Although ultraviolet (UV) light makes up only about 5% of sunlight, it is responsible for most of the sunlight damage to polymer materials exposed outdoors.
Add moisture to the hazardous effects of sunlight, whether it be from dew or rain, plus changes in temperature, and you have weathering occurring to your product.UV Accelerated Weathering Test simulate extreme weather conditions using special environmental chambers and instruments that speed up the weathering process.

Environmental effects can cause a change in color, cracking, corrosion and deterioration of a product’s exterior and interior. Investigating the weathering process of your product is an important part of determining its ability to withstand the natural forces that will occur in its lifetime.

By accelerating and intensifying environmental conditions, it is possible to predict how products will perform during their lifetime. environmental simulators and accelerated aging test chambers for conducting temperature/humidity cycling, thermal shock and ultraviolet and solar simulation tests (Fluorescent UV and Xenon).
